She attended the "Victor Papilian" Faculty of Medicine in Sibiu, between 2005-2011, and then completed the residency program in Orthodontics at the Sibiu County Hospital, obtaining specialization in 2014. From the first years of college and after, she participated in countless courses in the field of dental medicine, and in the 2nd year of residency (2012) she started the FACE program - Functional And Cosmetic Excellence - a complex program in orthodontic techniques. The FACE treatment philosophy she embraced includes a complex and comprehensive approach to orthodontic cases, with an interdisciplinary approach of treatment plans. The question we often ask ourselves is “Is it possible to achieve all the goals of a treatment plan by doing only orthodontics?” The answer is almost always "NO" and this is why we need to work in a team environment with other dental professionals by our side. This concept motivated her to found the UNIQUE SMILE Dental Care Center in Sibiu in 2014 - an interdisciplinary dental clinic, with 2 locations, 7 Dental offices and an integrated 3D radiology laboratory, a center that approaches a digitized workflow in current practice. She is currently enjoying successful results in orthodontic cases, participates at events as a speaker, with case presentations both in Romania and abroad. She is Certified în FAS aligner system by Forestadent.

The Straight-Wire Mirabella 2-Year Orthodontic Program

After earning a the degree in dentistry at the University of Palermo in 2004, Dr Lombardo specialized in orthodontics at the University of Ferrara in 2007. He continued there as a research fellow until 2011 and has been an adjunct professor since 2010. Since 2012, he has been a researcher at Ferrara University and member of the European Board of Orthodontics. He is the author of journal publications and a speaker at national and international conferences. He served as president of the Italian Association of Specialists in Orthodontics. He is currently president of the Italian Association of Lingual Orthodontics and the elected President of the Italian Academy of Orthodontics 2018. He is an active member of SIDO, AIDOR, WSLO.

Dr. Richard McLaughlin completed his orthodontic training at the university of southern california in 1976. Since then he has been in the full time practice of orthodontics in san diego, california. He has lectured extensively in the united states as well as internationally. He is a member of the pacific coast society of orthodontists, the american association of orthodontists, and is a diplomate of the american board of orthodontics. He is the component director of the southern california component of the edward h. Angle society. He is the recipient of the 2009 american board of orthodontics dale wade award as well as the 2010 pacific coast society of orthodontists award of merit. In addition, dr. Mclaughlin is a clinical professor at the university of southern california, department of orthodontics, in los angeles, california, and an associate professor at saint louis university, department of orthodontics.

Dr. Simonas Grybauskas graduated from Kaunas University of Medicine and acquired his Dental degree in 2000. In Vilnius University he completed his training in oral surgery (2003) and maxillofacial surgery (2006). In 2008 he acquired his Medical degree and became a double qualified oral and maxillofacial surgeon.Dr. Grybauskas is a member of Lithuanian Association of Maxillofacial Surgery as of 2002, a member of Baltic Association of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery since 2003 and a member of European Association for Cranio–Maxillofacial Surgery starting from 2005. Simonas hosted and directed a major international event – 1st Baltic Sea Conference in Orthodontics and Orthognathic Surgery in Vilnius in 2009. Dr. Grybauskas devotes most of his time to orthognathic and reconstructive surgery, maxillofacial traumatology and implantology. Differences in facial morphology among populations and their influence on planning of facial surgery is the scope of his scientific work.
